New Delhi-born and Ciudad de Panamá-raised Mehr Elizer will represent her country Panama at this year’s Miss Universe pageant.
The 5’7” tall beauty was recently crowned Señorita Panamá and became the official representative of Panama in the pageant. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Panama 2018 Rosa Iveth Montezuma.
Elizer performed with grace at the national competition as she represented Isla Flamenco and going by reactions, it would seem like the 22-year-old will be a tough competitor at the international platform as well.
The newly crowned queen’s court included first runner-up Carmen Jaramillo representing Panamá Este and second runner-up, Ana Lucia Tejeira Healy representing Coclé. Eliezer, who lived in Davao in the Philippines for two years, graduated from Balboa Academy in 2015 and earned two Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Economics from Florida State University.
